Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.

 

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

 

You receive the wrong item.

 

Your order arrives damaged.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
